Hotel Deposit Policy
Our official CNS Annual Meeting Housing provider will not be taking a deposit at the time that your reservation is made. When booking your hotel, a credit card is required to secure your reservation. The hotel will charge a deposit on or after the cut-off date. The hotel will retain your deposit in the event of a cancellation within 72 hours of arrival or no-show. You will also be required to provide a credit card upon check-in.
Hotel Change/Cancellation Policy
An early departure penalty of a one-night room and tax will be charged after the first night's stay for early departure. Any cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will result in the forfeiture of your one-night room and tax deposit. Beginning October 8, 2026, changes and cancellations must be made with your assigned hotel.
