The purchase of exhibit space at the 2026 CNS Annual Meeting includes:
- Five complimentary exhibitor badge registrations for each 10’x10’ exhibit booth space contracted
- Exhibitor badges with access to the Exhibit Hall and General Scientific Sessions
- Two complimentary tickets to the Opening Reception for each 10’x10 exhibit booth space contracted (maximum of 24 tickets). Complimentary Opening Reception tickets are only available to exhibitors who book through the MCI / CNS Housing Block.
- Exhibitor Listing in the Online Floor Plan
- Exhibitor Listing in the CNS Annual Meeting Mobile App (there will not be a printed Program Book onsite)
- Complimentary pre-meeting medical attendee registration list on Friday, October 2nd, 2026
- Opportunity to purchase additional pre-meeting list after October 2nd, and a post-meeting medical attendee registration list
- Opportunity to purchase discounted housing within the CNS Housing Block
